Tauwhare is a small rural community with a long farming record. The 1902 Cyclopedia of New Zealand described a scattered population with a school and a cheese factory, reached by coach from Tamahere railway station. The settlement is still spread out today, with homes and sheds strung along Ringer Road, Tahuroa Road and the rural roads between them.
Spread-out country living shapes how we work. Many properties have more than one roof, some sit on open ground where the wind gets at sheet ends and flashings, and a return trip for a forgotten part costs you time, so we load what the job needs and plan to finish in as few visits as possible.
Tauwhare is part of our everyday patch for roofing for the greater Hamilton area. We start with a free roof inspection, then give you a written quote that keeps urgent repairs apart from work that can be planned. If a property crosses into Waipā or sits in a Country Living block, we check which district plan covers it before quoting any new roof.
